Follow Hot tube safety rules.. Shower with soap and water before entering the hot tub. Enter and exit the hot tub slowly. No jumping or diving. No glass in or near the hot tub. Do not use alcohol, narcotics, or medications. Elderly persons must consult a doctor before use. Pregnant women should consult a doctor before use. Children must be supervised by an adult. Do not enter if the temperature is over 104°F. Limit your soak to 15 minutes and cool off before re-entry. Anyone with heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure, or any serious illness should consult a doctor before entering the hot tub. Replace the spa cover after each use. Do not sit or lie down on the cover. Turn off high jets after use. Do not use soaps or oils in the spa. Jacuzzi Safety Liability Warning No Lifeguard on Duty: Use of the jacuzzi is entirely at your own risk. Personal Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your safety and that of your family or guests while using the jacuzzi. By using the jacuzzi, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any risks involved. The host is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur.

From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Johany was an incredible host—responsive, welcoming, and clearly thoughtful about every detail. We brought our 3-year-old and 10-year-old daughters, and they loved it here. The games kept them entertained for hours, and the whole family enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a day of exploring. The little touches like wireless chargers in the bedrooms and other thoughtful amenities really set this place apart. The home was spotless, beautifully designed, and so comfortable. It’s the perfect mix of style and family-friendly comfort. We would absolutely stay again—thank you, Johany, for making our trip so memorable!

Great location that was very easy to find. Exactly as description says. Beautiful new home with comfortable beds, amazing master shower, lots to do (board games. Pool table, video games, ect), hot tub and more. My family of 5 felt right at home and enjoyed our 3 night stay. Host was great as well. Will stay again when we return to Marble Falls.

The house is beautiful—modern with gorgeous bathrooms and kitchen, and so many amenities! The kids loved the air hockey table, and the kitchen was extremely well-stocked with tons of dishes, pots/pans, and even some spices! (No sugar/creamer for coffee, but we ran up the road to Numinous Coffee Roaster and got some great fresh roasted coffee—highly recommend it!) This is such a fun and beautiful piece of TX hill country, and the home was very relaxing to come back to at the end of a day of hiking and exploring by the river.

This was a beautiful, modern and clean place! House was stocked with everything you need. Lots of games, pool, air hockey... very enjoyable. Very comfortable beds and the large shower was awesome after a full day of golf! Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Marble Falls. We enjoyed a small Friendsgiving with some dear friends from out of town. Enjoyed the space! All the games and things to do inside the house made it extremely fun and memorable for the kids! Thankful for the home and great use of the space.

This place was fantastic! The location was great! Mins away from groceries and restaurants! The home looked brand new! The pool table and air hockey were a great addition! They also have some classic video arcade games which the family enjoyed playing! We kept saying how nice and quiet of a place this was! Highly recommended, and we definitely will book again!

This was an absolutely incredible stay! The airbnb exceeded expectations and was even better than the pictures if that’s possible to believe. The host was very responsive and the location was great. It was very comfortable, fun with the pool table and games, and extremely clean. Recommend 100% and would love to return!
