*Bedroom One has a King side bed, and a Comfy Small Folding Futon Lounge Single Sofa Bed. *Bedroom 2 has a twin XL bed with a trundle bed underneath. *Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed with a Queen size on the bottom, and a twin size on top. it also has a Folding Bed. *The living room has a queen size sofa bed.

Other Details to Note

Unfortunately the Hot tube won't be delivered until the end of September. therefore, if you book before October 2024, you won't have a Hot tube available.

Follow Hot tube safety rules.. Shower with soap and water before entering the hot tub. Enter and exit the hot tub slowly. No jumping or diving. No glass in or near the hot tub. Do not use alcohol, narcotics, or medications. Elderly persons must consult a doctor before use. Pregnant women should consult a doctor before use. Children must be supervised by an adult. Do not enter if the temperature is over 104°F. Limit your soak to 15 minutes and cool off before re-entry. Anyone with heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure, or any serious illness should consult a doctor before entering the hot tub. Replace the spa cover after each use. Do not sit or lie down on the cover. Turn off high jets after use. Do not use soaps or oils in the spa.

We enjoyed a small Friendsgiving with some dear friends from out of town. Enjoyed the space! All the games and things to do inside the house made it extremely fun and memorable for the kids! Thankful for the home and great use of the space.

This place was fantastic! The location was great! Mins away from groceries and restaurants! The home looked brand new! The pool table and air hockey were a great addition! They also have some classic video arcade games which the family enjoyed playing! We kept saying how nice and quiet of a place this was! Highly recommended, and we definitely will book again!
